We rely on your consent for marketing communications, and on legitimate interests for operating and securing the platform.

Data is stored in a managed cloud database with row-level access controls, so your account records are readable only by you and authorised TCG Syndicates staff.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that host and operate the platform on our behalf, under contract.

We keep account data while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal obligations, then delete it.

• Request a copy of your data in portable form.
